Returns & Exchanges Policy
Order Processing
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and fulfill your order (pick, pack, and hand off to the courier).
Once an order has been picked up by the courier, it is considered fulfilled on our end. Union Los Angeles is not responsible for transit delays, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and getting updates from the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed and picked up by the courier.
Once an order is in transit, cancellations/refunds are not possible. Customers must wait to receive the order and submit a return request.
Returns & Refunds
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and original condition with all tags attached.
Returns for a refund must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
Returns for store credit may be requested anytime within 14 days from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds (when applicable) will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and verify the return meets our quality standards.
Exchanges
Items in new condition are eligible for exchange within 14 days from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Final Sale Items
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on the following:
Exclusive releases
Launch products (e.g., Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Converse, Vans, Fear of God Essentials)
Collaborations
Sale items
Stolen or Undeliverable Orders
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Union Los Angeles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. The security of the delivery destination is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Orders refused or returned as undeliverable (due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer) will incur a 35% restocking fee.
